Creative Consultancy
Full ARC Suite - Transformative Experience

Our Creative Consultancy and Residency programs support schools and creative teams to strengthen artistic quality, creative process and final outcomes.

Led by working industry professionals, we partner with schools at any stage of the creative journey - from early concept development and vision-setting through to rehearsal-room problem-solving, refinement and delivery. Engagements may take the form of short, targeted consultancy sessions or sustained, in-school residencies that provide continuity and deeper impact.

Our approach is intentionally flexible. We work across drama productions, musicals, performance ensembles, school bands, leadership groups and staff teams, tailoring each engagement to the needs, experience level and ambitions of the school community.

Support may include:

  • Creative vision, concept development and artistic intention
  • Structural, narrative and ensemble clarity
  • Rehearsal methodology, process design and facilitation
  • Creative problem-solving and refinement
  • Mentoring, staff support and capacity-building

Through residency models, our artists work alongside teaching staff to support planning, rehearsal processes and creative leadership within the school. Staff are supported, not replaced - gaining shared language, practical tools and creative confidence they can carry forward into future programs.

The aim is not to impose a house style, but to sharpen decision-making, strengthen ensemble culture and elevate the standard of creative work across the school.
