
Tanika Anderson
Tanika is a creative programs leader, performer and community engagement specialist with over a decade of experience spanning the performing arts, large-scale productions and inclusive outreach initiatives. Her career bridges professional theatre, social enterprise and education, with a strong focus on using the arts as a tool for connection, access and social impact.
As a performer and outreach practitioner with Disney Theatrical Productions, Tanika has appeared in Frozen and Beauty and the Beast, while also delivering inclusive hospital and community performances in partnership with the Starlight Foundation. She has coordinated large outreach teams, worked closely with families, medical staff and production teams, and delivered adaptable performances for children of all abilities and needs.
Beyond the stage, Tanika has held senior creative leadership roles internationally. She is the Founder and Creative Director of You & Me, a social enterprise developed in collaboration with World Vision Myanmar, creating sustainable education, employment and mentorship pathways for young women. She has also worked as Creative Director for Superdudes World, touring globally and producing interactive performances for children across Australia and Asia, and as an Assistant Travel & Event Coordinator with Pacific World Singapore on major international events.
With formal training in psychological science, health coaching and performing arts, Tanika brings a deeply inclusive, people-first approach to her work. She is passionate about empowering young people through creativity, collaboration and care — ensuring every participant feels seen, supported and capable of thriving.
